Summary

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in digital strategy, analytics, or sales enablement
  • Experience in media planning, buying, or performance analysis, with knowledge of digital channels (e.g., programmatic, social, search)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter with great attention to detail
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and the ability to work with data teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and reports for sales and client discussions
  • SQL proficiency to support data extraction and analysis for audience segmentation and campaign measurement

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing media campaigns to drive performance and reduce partner churn
  • Work with internal teams to ensure campaign strategies align with overall marketing objectives and solicit internal and external feedback to influence product roadmap
  • Equip sales teams with effective materials, including playbooks, case studies, and presentations, to articulate the value of our media and audience offerings
  • Monitor and optimize towards KPIs for media campaigns
  • Serve as a central hub, collaborating with product, sales, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of media strategies
  • Support alignment on goals, expectations, and timelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with retail media networks and agency environments, understanding both internal and external partner dynamics
  • Experience with CRM or other sales enablement tools
