The ideal candidate possesses strong digital marketing expertise, data analysis skills, and experience working with sales teams. Fetch offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $118,000-$162,000, equity, comprehensive benefits, and robust leave policies.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in digital strategy, analytics, or sales enablement
- Experience in media planning, buying, or performance analysis, with knowledge of digital channels (e.g., programmatic, social, search)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter with great attention to detail
- Proficiency with analytics tools and the ability to work with data teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and reports for sales and client discussions
- SQL proficiency to support data extraction and analysis for audience segmentation and campaign measurement
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing media campaigns to drive performance and reduce partner churn
- Work with internal teams to ensure campaign strategies align with overall marketing objectives and solicit internal and external feedback to influence product roadmap
- Equip sales teams with effective materials, including playbooks, case studies, and presentations, to articulate the value of our media and audience offerings
- Monitor and optimize towards KPIs for media campaigns
- Serve as a central hub, collaborating with product, sales, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of media strategies
- Support alignment on goals, expectations, and timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with retail media networks and agency environments, understanding both internal and external partner dynamics
- Experience with CRM or other sales enablement tools
