Summary

Join Ceros as a contract GTM Recruiter and play a pivotal role in expanding our growing GTM organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, scaling our Marketing team and building talent pipelines for Sales and other go-to-market roles. This requires a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing expertise to identify and secure top-tier talent. You will partner with the CRO to align hiring with business objectives. The role is a full-time, 3-month contract (with potential extension) and is remote within the US, requiring EST working hours. Compensation is $50-$80/hr.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, with a strong focus on scaling Marketing teams and building Sales talent pipelines, specifically for enterprise B2B hires
  • Demonstrated success in using proactive and creative sourcing strategies, with a demonstrated ability to attract and engage passive candidates
  • Track record of partnering with C-level executives (CMOs and/or CROs) to drive strategic hiring initiatives in high-growth tech startups
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and how to engage top talent in the enterprise tech industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire candidates and influence hiring decisions

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the competencies and requirements of each role, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Utilize creative sourcing methods to access a wide array of talent pools, incorporating unconventional sources to broaden our reach
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to our hiring managers, offering insights on market trends and best practices in hiring
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs by engaging with passive candidates and maintaining relationships with potential hires

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS is preferred
