Join Sustainable Talent as a Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter and partner with an innovative security software client to build and execute effective recruitment strategies. You will leverage various sourcing tools to identify and attract top GTM talent, including sales, marketing, and customer success professionals. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to onboarding, and providing data-driven insights to the client. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on GTM roles in the technology sector. Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles within the technology sector
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can prioritize competing demands effectively
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual, or similar
  • A commitment to creating diverse and inclusive talent pipelines, aligned with Sustainable Talent’s mission and values

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the client’s hiring managers to understand their GTM hiring needs and build effective, scalable recruitment strategies
  • Leverage various sourcing tools and methods to build a robust pipeline of top GTM talent, including sales, marketing, and customer success leaders
  • Proactively reach out to, engage, and nurture candidates, ensuring a delightful recruitment experience from initial contact to onboarding
  • Manage the entire recruiting process, including job postings, screenings, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive benchmarks to the client
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, ensuring alignment with the client’s business goals and culture
