Summary

Join a growth-stage SaaS company as a Contract GTM Recruiter! This 3–6 month, fully remote (U.S.-based) contract position offers the chance to make an immediate impact. You will own 5–7 active GTM roles, managing the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS or tech, specifically supporting GTM functions. A competitive hourly rate and a collaborative, mission-driven culture are offered. This contract role includes the possibility of extension or conversion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting GTM functions within SaaS or tech
• Experience recruiting for roles such as Enterprise AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services/Implementation
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• A team-first attitude and a collaborative working style

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting
• Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build strong hiring strategies
• Source and engage passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative channels
• Coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process
• Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience
• Communicate regularly with both internal teams and client stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a contract or embedded recruiter role
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Findem, or HireEZ
• Understanding of SaaS go-to-market structures and team dynamics
