Summary
Join Muck Rack, a leading SaaS platform for PR and communications professionals, as a GTM Systems Analyst. You will play a key role in scaling our revenue tech stack, ensuring our go-to-market teams operate efficiently. Maintain and optimize GTM tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong; manage user access and system syncs; monitor data quality; and drive process improvement projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into system enhancements, and support change management. Success will be measured by contributions to system enhancements, improved planning, standardized documentation, and a strong understanding of systems architecture. This is a hands-on role focused on project execution, systems administration, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- 2β4+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Systems, with project or product management experience
- Hands-on with Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud), Outreach, Gong, and other GTM tools
- Strong execution, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Process-oriented with a systems-thinking mindset
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, navigating ambiguity, and adapting in fast-paced environments
- Familiar with project tracking and automation tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Jira, integration platforms)
- Collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and interested in growing into a product owner role
- Salesforce Admin Certification
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize GTM tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
- Manage user provisioning, access, licenses, and system syncs
- Monitor data quality and tool performance across the stack
- Drive tooling and process improvement projects from scoping to rollout
- Align cross-functional teams on requirements, timelines, and delivery
- Document business needs, system configurations, and process changes
- Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks with scalable, tech-enabled solutions
- Translate business needs into system enhancements that improve productivity and data integrity
- Support change management through documentation, training, and frontline troubleshooting
- Partner with Enablement and Comms to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities
