Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong skills in data analysis tools such as SQL, BI Tools, and spreadsheets
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and data visualization tools
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated capability to identify challenges and develop strategic solutions
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing/sales/customer analytics, business analytics, or a related field
- Proven track record of supporting marketing teams through data-driven strategies, including attribution modeling or other marketing measurement methodologies
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, including inbound and outbound
Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign effectiveness, marketing spend ROI, sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Align marketing plans and objectives with expectations from finance and go-to-market
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to marketing leadership
- Identify inefficiencies in marketing/sales processes and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness
- Work closely with marketing, sales, customer experience, finance, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution and alignment across departments
- Mentor and help support junior analysts on the team, and transform datasets for use by business analysts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in EdTech
- Experience working in Product-Led-Growth start-ups
- Direct experience as marketer or seller
- Exposure to financial modeling and forecasting techniques
