Remote Hardware Trading Operations

Summary

Luxor is looking for an Operations Team Member to manage hardware inventory, support sales execution, collaborate with accounting and logistics teams, and optimize operational efficiency. The candidate should have a background in finance, accounting, data analytics, operations or related experience, experience with business strategy, go-to-market plans, growth marketing, working knowledge of SQL (Python preferred), familiarity with key commercial terms of legal contracts, strong resourcefulness, self-starter mentality, and a strong interest in Bitcoin Mining industry.

Requirements

• Background in finance, accounting, data analytics, operations, or related experience
• Experience with business strategy, go-to-market plans, growth marketing and related fields
• Working knowledge of SQL (bonus for programming experience, Python preferred)
• Familiarity with key commercial terms of legal contracts
• Strong level of resourcefulness and self-starter mentality
• Strong interest in Bitcoin Mining industry

Responsibilities

• Managing listing, pricing, and inventory of hardware, overseeing optimal inventory levels, and providing sales team with accurate and timely inventory changes
• Coordinating and supporting sales execution and after-sales processes
• Coordinating with accounting team on accurately tracking all deals across the desk
• Work with our internal operations and logistics team as well as external vendors on tracking and deliveries
• KPI tracking / analysis using our internal databases and external data sources to drive insights for business strategy
• Developing and implementing process improvements to optimize operational efficiency
• Collaborating cross-functionally on efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations
• Leading and supporting operational tasks and projects, such as process implementations and procurement
