Summary

The Head of APAC at Chorus One is responsible for leading regional business development strategy, driving business development outcomes, and team building and development. The ideal candidate should be crypto-native with a well-established network in the blockchain ecosystem, have at least 5 years of experience leading Business Development and/or Sales teams in the B2B blockchain industry, particularly within the APAC region, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. They are expected to travel 50-60% of the time.

Requirements

• Crypto-native with a well-established network in the blockchain ecosystem
• At least 5 years of experience leading Business Development and/or Sales teams, with a significant track record in the B2B blockchain industry, particularly within the APAC region
• Proven ability to close large deals with institutional clients and develop a successful BD team
• In-depth understanding of the staking industry, blockchain technology, and regional market dynamics
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness and ability to travel 50-60% of the time to conferences and events

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Business Development strategy tailored to the Asia-Pacific market
• Deliver on regional Sales targets
• Ensure regional customer satisfaction with Chorus One as their preferred staking provider
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships to enhance our offerings and presence in the APAC market
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Business Development team within the region
