Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in marketing
- 8+ years of experience in a leadership and people manager role
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong background in owning brand strategy, creative direction, and executing integrated or brand campaigns with budgets of $5M+
- Significant experience with consumer brands, with a focus on driving large-scale marketing initiatives
- Proven experience working widely across the organization to tell a brand story, excite the organization, and implement brand standards
- A strong combination of creative skills (such as idea generation and concept development) and operational experience (including executing integrated campaigns and tracking brand metrics)
- Proven experience developing and executing a brand strategy, increasing brand awareness
Responsibilities
- Own and elevate Rulaโs brand marketing efforts
- Develop and drive Rulaโs brand strategy
- Help tell Rula's story in a way that resonates with diverse audiences and stakeholders
- Amplify brand awareness and accelerate impact
- Oversee brand strategy, creative direction, content, reputation management, social media, and events
- Be the brandโs biggest advocate, both internally and externally
- Drive full-funnel, integrated marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with other marketing teams (patient, provider, and partner) to bring campaigns to life
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a fast-paced mid-stage start-up or growth company
- Experience with a brand launch or relaunch/rebrand
- Experience working with a multi-audience or multi-sided business model, such as a marketplace or a brand with diverse offerings under a single umbrella
- Experience with advanced measurement techniques (media mix modeling, synthetic holdout groups, etc.)
