Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Have 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles
  • Have experience working in the Wealth Management industry with a deep understanding of financial products, services and key stakeholders
  • Possess B2B2C marketing experience
  • Possess expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign management
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up/dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives
  • Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
  • Identify new market opportunities and assess competition
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Set clear performance targets and guide the team in meeting goals
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
  • Oversee branding initiatives to strengthen brand identity and increase market share
  • Manage brand reputation through public relations, social media, and content strategy
  • Track customer insights to refine brand positioning and messaging
  • Oversee all company events, from tradeshows to conferences
  • Ensure each event is executed creatively aligning with brand values and creating memorable experiences for our advisors and key stakeholders
  • Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, conversions, and customer retention
  • Oversee digital, content, email, SEO, and social media strategies
  • Optimize campaign performance through analytics and KPIs
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Assess the ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
  • Negotiate with external agencies and vendors for marketing services
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to refine marketing strategies
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing tactics accordingly
  • Report on key metrics to the executive team, providing insights for data-driven decisions
