Summary

Join us as Head of Brand and Product Marketing, leading branding and product marketing initiatives to drive awareness, growth, and engagement across our products and markets.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of marketing experience in brand management and product marketing, ideally within high-growth industries such as EdTech, consumer technology, or SaaS
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale consumer marketing campaigns, including at an international level
  • Strong project management skills with a history of leading cross-functional teams, and managing marketing projects from concept to execution
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and PR strategies, including campaign metrics, paid media, and influencer collaborations
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Build and refine the architecture of the HyperionDev brand and its sub-brands, including defining brand vision, equity, and value propositions
  • Lead the product marketing team to understand customer insights, create positioning strategies, and craft messaging for product launches
  • Conceptualize and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns for product launches, events, and brand awareness, including website, CRM, social media, and PR
  • Oversee the creative development process, ensuring all visual and written content aligns with the brand's identity and vision, from concept through execution across digital, print, and multimedia platforms
  • Conduct market and audience research to refine our approach and maintain competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with teams across admissions, product, and careers to align strategies, ensure brand consistency, and support revenue generation
  • Oversee content marketing efforts for performance marketing and sales enablement, including managing content calendars and ensuring alignment across all channels
  • Plan and execute events, roadshows, and activations that strengthen the brand and engage key audiences
  • Hire, lead, and mentor a team of marketers, copywriters, and designers. Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Trello) and agile methodologies (sprint management with marketers and developers)
  • Management of external suppliers, agencies, and freelancers
  • Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools
  • Strong analytical skills, including detailed knowledge of website data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and proficiency in creating reports on key website and social media metrics
