Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in video games or the mobile advertising ecosystem
• Proven track record of driving revenue and business growth
• Demonstrated management and leadership abilities
• A winner mentality; Able to move the needle in terms of new business
• Excellent technical understand and ability to work with game developers and data engineers

Responsibilities

• Drive efforts to meet revenue targets and growth KPIs
• Manage customer and opportunity pipeline, and ensure business targets and growth KPIs are achieved across product lines
• Ensure our tool set for go-to-market and CRM (Hubspot) is streamlined enabling the business to track progress, automate workflows, and reach its goals
• Develop and implement go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies
• Work with our top studios and publishers to find business opportunities, and convert customers to new product lines
• Represent company at industry events, including leading efforts for structure outreach target accounts in attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Hubspot
• Science degree, especially Computer Science or related
• Multiple languages – e.g. French, Turkish, Russian, Mandarin, German, Spanish
