Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales and business development, with a preference for eCommerce experience in marketplaces, fashion, or travel
- Proven Success: Track record in sales, business development, and account management
- Consumer Trend Awareness: Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, with the ability to ideate and execute campaigns that drive business growth
- Solution-Oriented: Expertise in account growth and continuously seeking opportunities to develop and strengthen client relationships
- Creative Problem Solver: Ability to think creatively and logically when conceptualizing ideas for merchant acquisition and management
- Self-Motivated: Driven to excel, consistently delivering results
- C-Level Negotiator: Comfortable negotiating with top decision-makers and managing C-level relationships
Responsibilities
- Drive Growth Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies that fuel team and company growth
- Merchant Acquisition & Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and secure key merchant partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Market & Client Research: Conduct thorough research to build long-term, strategic relationships with target partners
- Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the creation and management of merchant campaigns from ideation to successful execution
- Explore New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and new business ventures
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with various teams to craft and implement go-to-market strategies that drive company success
