Head of Central Operations

Summary

Join Reddit as a leader in the Customer Success and Automation (Central Operations) organization, where you will oversee customer success initiatives, sales systems, and operational efficiency programs. You will manage large-scale outsourcing operations across India and Europe, drive strategic initiatives to improve sales team effectiveness, and develop a three-year vision for scaling customer success operations and automation. This role requires extensive experience in sales and business operations, managing large international teams, and leading through change in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in executive leadership, managing Directors and/or Senior Managers
• 10+ years of experience in Sales and Business Operations, with a track record of driving operational efficiencies and scaling teams
• Proven experience building and leading large international teams (30+ FTEs) across multiple regions
• Extensive expertise in managing large outsourcing operations (250+ vendors), both onshore and offshore, for customer support and sales enablement services
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change, navigate adversity, and design scalable solutions for high-growth organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Directors and Senior Managers overseeing Reddit’s customer success initiatives, sales systems, and operational efficiency programs
• Manage large-scale outsourcing operations across India and Europe to support customer success and sales enablement
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve sales team effectiveness, increasing time spent with clients and enhancing revenue forecasting
• Develop and execute a three-year vision and strategy for scaling customer success operations and automation
• Optimize sales tools and system integrations to improve data accuracy, streamline reporting (e.g., real-time delivery tracking), and reduce administrative overhead (e.g., billing efficiency)
• Lead the annual planning process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on company-wide goals and inform the roadmap for tools and product development
