Summary
Join OffSec, a leading cybersecurity training provider, as their APAC Head of Channels and Alliances. This strategic leadership role requires architecting and executing a high-impact partner program across various partner types in the Asia-Pacific region. You will build and lead the regional partner GTM strategy, aligning with global functions, and driving pipeline and revenue growth. This critical role focuses on expanding OffSec's enterprise footprint and accelerating growth through partner leverage in key APAC markets. The position demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills to build and manage a high-performing partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for partner recruitment, enablement, co-selling, performance management, and market expansion. OffSec offers a remote work environment and flexible hours.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a senior partner/channel leadership role in a SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software company
- Proven track record of building high-performing partner ecosystems across diverse geographies and cultures within APAC
- Deep understanding of partner sales models, including value-added resellers, systems integrators, MSPs/MSSPs, and OEM co-sell strategies
- Experience designing and operationalizing partner programs that scale across multiple tiers and types
- Strong business acumen with ability to align partner motions with complex enterprise sales cycles
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and C-level partner executives
- Proficiency in using data and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to drive partner performance and forecast accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related postgraduate education is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and lead OffSec’s APAC channel and alliances strategy, ensuring alignment with global sales objectives and local market needs
- Build and execute scalable programs across four key partner categories: Resellers, Training Partners, Transformation Partners, and Content/OEM Partners
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners
- Lead enablement initiatives to drive partner autonomy and self-sufficiency through training, certifications, and sales collateral
- Drive joint GTM motions with strategic partners to generate net-new opportunities
- Align with Account Executives on territory-based partner plans and co-selling frameworks
- Establish partner KPIs and governance frameworks
- Regularly review performance metrics, pipeline contribution, and ROI to ensure continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key regional partners and internal executives
- Influence decision-makers to deepen alliances and create mutual value
- Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities across new territories, sectors, and partner types
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to localize messaging and offerings
