Summary

Join CloudSEK, a leading cybersecurity product company, as a Channel & Alliance Manager to drive revenue growth in LATAM. You will establish CloudSEK's partner presence, recruit and manage top partners, and develop a regional go-to-market strategy. This role requires 2-5 years of experience in channel/alliances or regional sales within cybersecurity or SaaS, a proven entrepreneurial mindset, and fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Based remotely in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, or Colombia, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue quotas through partners. Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5 years in channel/alliances or regional sales within the cybersecurity or SaaS domain
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven experience setting up GTM operations in a new region or building partner ecosystems from scratch
  • Languages: Fluent in Portuguese , Spanish , and English . (All three mandatory)
  • Location: Based in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, or Colombia
  • Target-driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue quotas via partners
  • Relationships: Strong network in the LATAM cybersecurity ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Establish CloudSEK’s partner presence in LATAM from the ground up
  • Own a revenue target and deliver on quarterly and annual channel sales goals
  • Build and execute a regional go-to-market (GTM) strategy in coordination with the global team
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard top MSSPs, VARs, resellers, and security partners
  • Develop partner programs, joint business plans, and enablement initiatives
  • Drive co-selling, co-marketing, and pipeline generation efforts
  • Collaborate with technology vendors for integrations and joint value propositions
  • Leverage ecosystem alliances to create bundled offerings and expand customer reach
  • Train and support partner sales teams with product knowledge, positioning, and demos
  • Act as a trusted advisor for partners, guiding them through deals and solutioning
