Summary
Join our client, a fast-growing international iGaming company, as their new Head of Compensation & Benefits! This critical role will allow you to shape the company's global compensation strategy and ensure benefits packages attract and retain top talent. You will be responsible for creating and managing a fair grading system, overseeing performance reviews and pay alignment, developing a total rewards strategy, and ensuring regional alignment with global standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in an international setting, and possess strong leadership skills. This role offers the flexibility of remote work or a hybrid format.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in an international setting
- Demonstrated success in designing and managing compensation programs within fast-paced, competitive industries, such as iGaming or technology
- Fluency in Ukrainian OR Russian is essential, along with strong business-level English
- In-depth knowledge of global compensation frameworks and HRIS systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a fair grading system for employee roles that ensures pay is competitive and equal across the company
- Oversee how employee performance is reviewed and ensure pay is linked to performance results
- Develop a strategy for total rewards, which includes salary, bonuses, benefits, and other perks
- Work with HR teams in different regions to ensure local pay structures match global standards, while considering regional market conditions and laws
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management based on compensation data, helping guide future decisions
