Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience within B2B SaaS
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies tailored to the B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Demonstrated ability to implement ABM strategies that effectively target and engage key accounts
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue
  • Clear history of delivering measurable results, with pipeline growth and revenue directly attributed to your digital marketing efforts
  • Extensive experience in optimizing for organic search to drive inbound traffic and improve search rankings
  • Deep expertise in managing paid search campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI
  • Proven track record in leveraging paid social platforms to reach and engage B2B audiences
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools
  • Experience with SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with intent data platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
  • Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that align with business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy with a focus on B2B and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives to ensure maximum impact
  • Build and leverage data-driven marketing campaigns, utilizing intent data to target and engage key accounts effectively
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to reach targeted B2B audiences
  • Oversee PPC strategies, including keyword management and bid optimization, to drive high-quality leads
  • Implement and refine display ad campaigns to increase brand visibility and support lead generation
  • Drive engagement and brand awareness through organic social strategies and employee advocacy programs
  • Optimize website content and technical SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase inbound traffic
  • Serve as the primary owner of the website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, lead conversion, and search engine visibility
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels and campaigns
  • Manage HubSpot and other marketing tools to ensure accurate data tracking
