Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the skincare or beauty industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Passion for skincare and a commitment to promoting clean, effective products

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Alpha-H's brand vision and business objectives
  • Enhance and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with our core values and target audience
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, influencer partnerships, and events
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
  • Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all touchpoints
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly
