- 10+ years of experience in product marketing
- Proven success in launching and scaling products in complex, highly regulated markets

- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively at a tactical level

- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that aligns with Raftโs mission and values
- Craft compelling value propositions that resonate with defense, government, and enterprise audiences
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric benefits
- Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products, ensuring seamless product launches
- Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to build integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition
- Enable sales teams with high-impact collateral, playbooks, and training to articulate Raftโs value effectively
- Conduct market research to deeply understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring product and marketing strategies address real-world challenges
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation and differentiation
- Lead the creation of product-focused content, including white papers, case studies, product demos, videos, and presentations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop thought leadership content that elevates Raftโs reputation in the defense and government sectors
- Drive the creation of product-focused campaigns that highlight Raftโs technical and operational capabilities
- Foster collaboration between product, growth, delivery and marketing teams to ensure alignment on business objectives
- Represent product marketing in leadership discussions, providing insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes
- Define KPIs for product marketing initiatives and track performance to ensure goals are met
- Provide regular reporting and insights on the impact of product marketing activities to the executive team
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback
