You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Web3 adoption by bridging institutional capital and innovation into a secure and user-friendly blockchain environment.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with BD, product, and growth teams to drive adoption, TVL, and active usage across institutional partners
  • Help define Linea’s approach to enterprise and large partner support, including support models, metrics, and customer journeys
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives like institutional liquidity programs, co-marketing activations, and pilot projects with key accounts
  • Maintain strong understanding of evolving crypto market, enterprise blockchain use cases, and regulatory implications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in traditional finance, asset management, or enterprise software
  • Exposure to developer or builder ecosystems in Web3
  • Knowledge of Ethereum, zkEVMs, and staking protocols
