Requirements
7+ years experience as a School District or School Leader in the US, accountable for HR function at their School District or School
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Educator Policies and Handbook, including Leave Policies, pay practices, and benefits
- Manage Educator Experience through communications, engagement campaigns, and feedback mechanisms
- Develop and implement Training & Development programs, including upfront training and vetting, ongoing training, and a badging program
- Manage Performance Management, including gathering feedback and implementing Performance Improvement processes
- Ensure Educator & Student Safety through OSHA & ADA compliance, new educator vetting, background checks, safety training, injury reporting, and Workers Compensation processes
- Potentially manage a team of Zen employees, depending on the candidate and employment type (full-time vs. part-time)
