Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and administration, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Develop and manage financial strategies to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Manage cash flow, investments, and funding strategies
- Lead audit processes and liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and banks
- Oversee administrative functions, including HR, IT, and office management
- Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing administrative processes and systems
- Develop and implement business policies and procedures that align with organizational goals
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Provide strategic input to the executive leadership team regarding financial and operational matters
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and administration team
- Collaborate with department heads to support cross-functional financial initiatives
- Identify financial and operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Ensure the organization has adequate insurance coverage and risk management policies in place
- Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
- Support long-term financial planning and analysis in line with organizational goals
- Play a key role in business development and strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Environmental Services, Construction Services, or HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) a plus and familiarity with ERP systems and financial technology tools
