Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and administration, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Develop and manage financial strategies to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and funding strategies
  • Lead audit processes and liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and banks
  • Oversee administrative functions, including HR, IT, and office management
  • Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing administrative processes and systems
  • Develop and implement business policies and procedures that align with organizational goals
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts
  • Provide strategic input to the executive leadership team regarding financial and operational matters
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and administration team
  • Collaborate with department heads to support cross-functional financial initiatives
  • Identify financial and operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Ensure the organization has adequate insurance coverage and risk management policies in place
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
  • Support long-term financial planning and analysis in line with organizational goals
  • Play a key role in business development and strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Environmental Services, Construction Services, or HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) a plus and familiarity with ERP systems and financial technology tools
