Responsibilities
- Search each financial statement for any payment inconsistencies or errors
- Collaborate with customers, third party institutions and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors
- Create invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a customer
- Handle simultaneous concerns and administrative work as directed by your immediate head
- Take all information as sensitive and confidential
- Submit reports on time as directed and assigned
