Requirements

  • HR Operations Expertise: 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics, or a similar role, ideally in a high-growth startup or consulting environment
  • Systems & Data-Driven Mindset: Deep experience managing HRIS platforms, HR reporting, and data-driven workforce decisions
  • Process Optimization: Proven ability to create, refine, and scale HR processes while managing 10-40 workflows simultaneously
  • Startup Mentality: Comfortable in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to context switch, problem-solve, and adapt quickly
  • Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable HR systems that support our rapidly growing team
  • Manage and improve HR workflows across onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, tax and employment laws, and performance cycle reviews
  • Own reporting and data hygiene to ensure accurate workforce insights and compliance
  • Drive HR process automation and efficiency improvements to enhance employee experience and streamline operations
  • Leverage analytics to drive workforce planning, compensation strategy, and HR decision-making
  • Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to align people operations with business goals
  • Own and optimize HR technology and HRIS platforms, ensuring effective data management and reporting
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compensation structures, employment regulations, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced degree
