Summary
Join Cabify as their Head of People Operations to lead the global People Operations function. Requirements
- Affinity with Cabify's principles
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- More than 10 years of experience in managerial roles in Human Resources Operations, preferably in international organizations
- Deep knowledge of international labor law and compensation management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the global People Operations strategy, aligned with corporate objectives
- Define ways of working, priorities, and standardized process flows to optimize efficiency and scalability
- Supervise all processes related to payroll, benefits, compensation, leveling, and offboarding, ensuring regulatory compliance in +6 countries
- Act as a point of contact for labor and union issues, promoting a healthy labor relations environment
- Lead the global compensation and benefits strategy, identifying opportunities to improve the current structure and increase its attractiveness
- Manage occupational health and safety programs, ensuring safe and healthy work environments
- Supervise office management, including facilities, supplies, and services, to create functional and welcoming workspaces
- Lead and develop a high-performing team in Spain with a global reach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Work closely with People Business Partner, Legal, Finance, and other key teams to support international expansion, resolve risks, and meet strategic deadlines
- Ensure compliance with local and global labor laws
- Design and implement human resources policies and procedures adapted to an international environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA
- Experience and knowledge in the design of global compensation and benefits plans
- Experience and best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion
