Requirements

  • Affinity with Cabify's principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • More than 10 years of experience in managerial roles in Human Resources Operations, preferably in international organizations
  • Deep knowledge of international labor law and compensation management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the global People Operations strategy, aligned with corporate objectives
  • Define ways of working, priorities, and standardized process flows to optimize efficiency and scalability
  • Supervise all processes related to payroll, benefits, compensation, leveling, and offboarding, ensuring regulatory compliance in +6 countries
  • Act as a point of contact for labor and union issues, promoting a healthy labor relations environment
  • Lead the global compensation and benefits strategy, identifying opportunities to improve the current structure and increase its attractiveness
  • Manage occupational health and safety programs, ensuring safe and healthy work environments
  • Supervise office management, including facilities, supplies, and services, to create functional and welcoming workspaces
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team in Spain with a global reach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Work closely with People Business Partner, Legal, Finance, and other key teams to support international expansion, resolve risks, and meet strategic deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with local and global labor laws
  • Design and implement human resources policies and procedures adapted to an international environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA
  • Experience and knowledge in the design of global compensation and benefits plans
  • Experience and best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion
