Join Cloudbeds as a Salesforce Administrator and support the execution of our tech-driven GTM/Sales operations. You will enhance and scale Cloudbeds' use of Salesforce across the organization, collaborating with a team of administrators and stakeholders. This role requires strong Salesforce expertise, experience managing complex sales processes, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions. You will need a bias toward action and continuous improvement, always seeking ways to optimize sales processes. Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization, with a proven track record of building scalable solutions that make sales teams' lives easier
  • Experience managing complex sales processes and workflows, particularly around opportunity management and forecasting
  • Track record of translating business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions, knowing when to push back and when to be flexible
  • Strong understanding of data management and system integration, with experience keeping multiple systems in sync
  • A bias toward action and continuous improvement - you're always looking for ways to remove friction from the sales motion
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong technical foundation with Salesforce certifications (Admin and Advanced Admin preferred)
  • Track record of successfully implementing and maintaining sales processes that teams actually use
  • Experience with data management and integration between Salesforce and other key systems
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to balance quick fixes with scalable solutions

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Cloudbeds' tech-driven GTM/Sales operations
  • Enhance and scale Cloudbeds' use of Salesforce across the organization
  • Create complex flows
  • Implement new connected applications
  • Ensure the companyโ€™s day-to-day operations are running smoothly

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Clari (Groove), LeanData, Qualified, and any other tools used by SAAS Sales teams
