Join Behavox, a company shaping the future of business data harnessing, as their hands-on Head of Human Resources. Reporting to the COO, you will build and lead the People team, shaping company culture, talent strategy, and HR operations. Key responsibilities include recruiting, engaging, and retaining top talent; fostering employee performance and development; designing and optimizing HR systems and processes; and ensuring multinational labor law compliance. You will collaborate with the Leadership Team on People initiatives aligned with business goals, building a scalable HR infrastructure for continued growth. This role requires 10+ years of HR leadership experience in technology product-based startups, proven success in scaling HR infrastructure for growing teams (ideally 300 to 500+ employees), experience with global teams and remote/hybrid work cultures, and strong expertise in HR technologies, regulatory compliance, and process design. The ideal candidate will have a deep interest in Behavox's mission and a passion for building a high-performing People team.

Requirements

  • A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience in technology product-based startups
  • Proven success in building and scaling HR infrastructure for growing teams (ideally 300 to 500+ employees)
  • Experience with global teams and remote/hybrid work cultures
  • Strong expertise in HR technologies, regulatory compliance, and process design

Responsibilities

  • Align talent strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success
  • Independently lead large-scale initiatives and build processes, systems, and programs from the ground up with minimal disruption
  • Develop and implement best-in-class strategies for talent attraction and retention
  • Select, implement, and leverage cutting-edge HR technologies to enhance productivity across the HR function and broader organization
  • Mitigate risk through effective employee relations and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
