Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness, drive user acquisition, and meet KPIs
  • Supervise the department, providing inspiring leadership to the team members, ensuring their professional development and high performance
  • Produce creative ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, product launch, etc
  • Forecast trends, monitor competitor activity, and conduct market research to keep ahead of trends and competitors’ strategies
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and make recommendations and improvements
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (such as product, design, sales) to align on company goals and marketing initiatives
  • Develop, manage, and design layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, and any other promotional material
  • Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing activities are cost-effective
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
