Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in Saudi Arabia with proven results
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and reducing CAC and/or impact on revenue growth
  • Skilled in A/B testing, experimentation, and organic acquisition
  • Experience in tech-driven environments or startups preferred
  • Expertise in digital and offline competitive analysis
  • Strong budget management and optimization skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to market changes and test new tactics
  • Proficient in marketing analytics with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience mentoring and leading marketing teams
  • Passionate about creativity, innovation, and results

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the entire marketing funnel (awareness through retention) while decreasing CAC and increasing LTV throughout FY’25
  • Continuously conduct and leverage competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the Saudi market
  • Develop and deploy novel organic acquisition techniques and strategies specific to Saudi Arabia, with a focus on optimizing marketing budgets and driving noticeable revenue growth
  • Oversee and enhance all stages of the marketing funnel, ensuring effective coordination between marketing and sales teams to boost customer acquisition, conversion, and retention rates
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on investment
  • Develop and execute innovative organic acquisition techniques tailored to the Saudi market, aiming to significantly impact customer acquisition costs (CAC) and drive revenue growth
  • Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives, including A/B testing and quick experimentations, and report on metrics related to CAC and revenue impact
  • Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives
  • Utilize a technology-driven approach, integrating tech solutions to enhance marketing efforts and track progress effectively
