Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic advertising, adtech platforms, customer segments, and measurement methodologies
  • Experience with data modeling, analytics, and machine learning applications in a product context
  • Demonstrated track record of leading and mentoring product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Build and mentor a high-performing product team focused on measurement, integrations, and data pipelines
  • Drive product innovation, strategy, and execution for Scope3 media measurement products
  • Foster close collaboration with engineering and technical teams to translate product vision into technical requirements, ensure efficient development processes, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams to gather insights and drive product adoption
  • Translate complex technical concepts and data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the team’s products
