  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Product, Engineering) to proactively resolve bottlenecks and ensure a smooth onboarding journey
  • Design and implement structured onboarding plans, ensuring excellence at every step
  • Manage escalations effectively, balancing team resources while continually raising the bar on quality
