Requirements
- 7+ years in channel partnerships, business development, or a related sales function, preferably in the B2B corporate gifting, SaaS, or HR tech related industries
- Demonstrated success in growing channel revenue, ideally with experience scaling from early stages to delivering 7 figure revenue targets consistently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Highly motivated and self-driven with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Proficient in CRM and channel management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfortable with data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to grow our channel revenue, defining key milestones, KPIs, and scalable processes
- Identify and secure new channel partners aligned with our corporate gifting goals, focusing on industries such as HR consulting, event management, corporate travel, loyalty programs, and office procurement
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing ongoing support and enablement resources to maximize partner engagement, performance, and loyalty
- Design and implement partner training programs, sales tools, and marketing collateral that empower partners to effectively promote and sell our products
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, co-marketing opportunities, and joint go-to-market strategies to drive sales through the partner network
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on channel partner performance against revenue targets, using insights to adjust strategy and improve partner outcomes
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure the channel program aligns with overall business strategy and to tailor offerings for partner success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new partnership opportunities and refine strategy
- Building relationships with team members, peers, leaders, and cross-functional partners
- Developing a deep understanding of our product and interacting with our R&D team
- Learning operational nuances of the GTM business including ADR, Sales, CS, RevOps, Enablement, Marketing, and Marketing Automation
- Aligning the team on a well-considered partnership roadmap that enables us to meet our revenue target
