Summary

Join Wati, a rapidly growing CPaaS company, as their Head of Partnership! You'll build a scalable partner program, drive partner revenue growth, and establish a comprehensive partner framework. This leadership role requires experience leading partner managers and teams in a software company, ideally SaaS. You'll champion partnerships within the organization, integrating with various stakeholders. As one of the first few hires on the Partners team, you'll play a key role in accelerating Wati's global growth. The position demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a partner-centric mindset.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Wati’s ecosystem, with prior relevant experience
  • Proven track record in leading partner managers, account management, or sales teams within a software company, ideally in the SaaS or subscription software sector
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage global, distributed teams across diverse cultures and business lines
  • Strategic mindset - ability to prioritize among partners and build long term relationships
  • 10 years of experience in partnership, and at least 5 years of management experience leading a team of young and driven individuals in a dynamic and ever changing environment, preferably in a tech or software company
  • Partner centric mindset
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), energetic, team player

Responsibilities

  • Build a scalable partner program and GTM
  • Drive partner revenue growth through collaboration with key partners
  • Create and implement a scalable partner program and go-to-market (GTM) strategy
  • Establish a comprehensive partner framework focused on acquisition, enablement, expansion, support, and continuous training
  • Develop and refine partner processes and tools, ensuring ongoing improvements
  • Act as a champion for partnerships within the company
  • Develop a cohesive partner strategy that integrates processes, content, and data with various stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product/Engineering)
  • Build and lead a high-performing, world-class partner management team
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor partner managers to foster a culture of excellence
  • Oversee P&L and budget management for the partnership function

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus eg. Hubspot
