Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • 8+ years of experience leading and scaling teams—both strategically and tactically
  • Strong business acumen, able to translate complex data framework into business actions
  • Fluent in using AI/ML tools to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of modern data architecture, including AI / ML tools, ELT pipelines, modeling (dbt), and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake)
  • A leader who thrives in ambiguity, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and gets energy from making an impact
  • Able to communicate with clarity and influence—adapting from executive strategy to hands-on problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Champion the adoption of AI/ML-powered analytics to deliver predictive and real-time insights
  • Define and drive a modern data and analytics strategy aligned to company priorities
  • Establish a robust governance framework for KPI and performance measurement
  • Drive strategic planning by leveraging data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for growth
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing, scalable Data team
  • Shape the future of the team—ensuring the right structure, skills, and growth opportunities
  • Foster a culture of AI-first curiosity, decisiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Serve as a proactive business partner to leaders across departments
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, EPD (Engineering, Product, Design), GTM, and Customer Success teams to embed analytics in key decisions
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling data stories that drive alignment and action
  • Own and evolve our modern analytics stack (including but not limited to: Snowflake, dbt, Sigma (or Looker/Tableau) — with a focus on integrating AI-enabled capabilities, and expanding into best-in-class tools that support machine learning and predictive analytics
  • Ensure high standards in data governance, quality, and accessibility
  • Lead experimentation, hypothesis testing, and insight delivery to support product and marketing innovation
