Summary

Join Agicap, a rapidly growing European fintech company, as their Partner Channel Lead in the DACH region. You will be responsible for driving partner sales, onboarding, and retention, recruiting new partners, and managing a team of partner managers. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience leading partnerships in a fast-growing tech company, is native German and fluent in English, and possesses a strong track record in partner recruitment and activation. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely or in the Berlin office and plays a critical role in achieving Agicap's ambitious growth targets. The position involves close collaboration with direct sales and customer success teams to ensure efficient co-selling and co-onboarding with partners.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years as Head of Partnerships / Team Lead Partnerships in a fast growing scale up or established tech company
  • Native in German and fluent in English
  • Solid track record in recruiting and activating partners engaged in a full-service motion, from sales to onboarding and long term account management
  • Strong ability to work with direct sales and CS team and align everyone on a “partner-first” mindset
  • Hands-on, you like to go on the front line and lead by example

Responsibilities

  • Activate existing partners (currently about 10 in DACH) to make them hit their sales, onboarding and retention targets
  • Recruit new partners
  • Manage the Partner Management team
  • Close alignment with our direct Sales & CS teams to efficiently co-sell and co-onboard with partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Corporate finance knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. You must be able to quickly become an expert in the field though
  • Established network in the field of financial consulting and ERP integrators is a big plus

Benefits

You can be located either in our Berlin office, or work remotely, close to our German partners based in Western Germany, with regular trips to Berlin, and of course to the partners’ offices
