Summary
Join Bankrate as the Head of People and lead the HR team in executing a transformative people strategy. Partner with senior leaders to enhance team dynamics and organizational health, acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO. Architect a thriving, inclusive workplace culture and drive high-impact performance strategies. Collaborate across the HR organization to ensure consistency and innovation in people practices. This role requires 10+ years of senior HRBP experience with a track record of transformative leadership and strategic execution. Experience in a technology organization is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, business acumen, and agility.
Requirements
- Experience : 10+ years in senior HRBP roles, with a track record of transformative people leadership, coaching, and strategic execution
- Leadership : Minimum of 5 years managing HR teams; ability to inspire and develop others
- Communication : Exceptional communication and influence skills at all organizational levels
- Business and Data Acumen : Comfort with data, human capital insights, and people analytics to drive decisions
- Agility : Thrive in ambiguity, move with urgency, and make smart, bold bets
- Cultural Curiosity : Deep commitment to fostering belonging, equity, and a culture of respect
Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate the HR Business Partner team to deliver high-impact results
- Guide the execution of our industry talent ecosystem β from recruitment to performance to succession
- Partner closely with senior leaders to shape people strategy, enhance team dynamics, leadership capabilities, and organizational health
- Act as a trusted business advisor to the CEO and other leaders, aligning talent strategies with business outcomes
- Champion a thriving, inclusive, and values-driven workplace
- Be the voice and steward of our employee experience
- Drive high-impact performance strategies and development initiatives that unlock potential, accelerate growth, and align teams with business outcomes
- Partner across the HR organization to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence in our people practices
- Partner with COE across RV (benefits, payroll, compensation, HRIS, etc)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership role within a technology organization is preferred
- Credibility : Background in high-growth and agile businesses is a plus
