Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product leadership, including managing product managers and designers
- Proven track record of launching successful digital products in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Highly user-centric, analytical, and strategic thinker
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in an agile model
- Robust and willing to get their hands dirty to achieve their objectives
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Djamoβs product vision and roadmap in close partnership with executive leadership
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable, prioritized initiatives for the product team
- Set clear goals and success metrics for the product departments and drive accountability through regular reviews
- Represent the product in strategic planning, company updates, and board-level discussions
- Manage and mentor product managers, supporting their team growth and performance
- Build a strong, cross-functional product culture grounded in user empathy, rapid learning, and collaboration
- Ensure smooth coordination between Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
- Ensure design excellence and consistency across the entire product experience
- Champion a strong culture of testing, experimentation, and data-informed decision making
- Define and implement scalable processes for product discovery, prioritization, and delivery
- Develop talent pipelines and hiring plans in collaboration with HR
- Support go-to-market strategies with clear positioning, communication, and internal readiness
Preferred Qualifications
A strong background in digital product design or UX is a plus
