Summary

Join Quiq, a leading technology company specializing in enterprise agentic AI for CX, as a Product Marketing leader. You will be responsible for crafting and executing the product marketing strategy, driving a deep understanding of the target customer base, and creating compelling messaging and positioning for Quiq's products and solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and drive market awareness. You will also be responsible for developing sales enablement programs, staying abreast of industry trends, and delivering key messages to internal teams. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role with a focus on pipeline generation, deal velocity, win rates, and product adoption.

Requirements

  • A strong background in product marketing, with experience working in the CX space, and enterprise marketing
  • Proven success driving sales enablement programs for enterprise teams
  • The ability to think strategically, and develop comprehensive industry informed go-to market plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of writing compelling content for executive and enterprise audiences
  • Strong technical literacy with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • The ability to think creatively about new and stand-out ways to engage current customers to both upsell/cross sell and drive adoption

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales team as the expert in translating our product solutions into compelling stories
  • Create compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning, with a clear understanding of customer use cases/persona and the core capabilities of our platform
  • Closely partner with product management to ensure we are delivering on end-to-end scenarios that meet customer needs and to execute well-received product/feature launches
  • Keep up with the ever changing environment of AI for CX through industry news and events, analyst reports, and social conversations to educate key internal constituents and drive awareness/demand
  • Deliver key messages and feedback to enable our SDR and marketing marketing teams to execute relevant digital and event-based campaigns and programs
  • Develop strategy and training to support the full sales cycle, including product demos, sales training, technical content, competitive intelligence
