Head of Product Design

Join QuintoAndar Group, Latin America's largest real estate ecosystem, as the Head of Product Design for the Primitives line. Lead the design vision across foundational platforms, including the Design System, CRM, Communications, and Native experiences. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership to create scalable and cohesive experiences. Be a product leader, accountable for the success and impact of your scope, leading your team and working with cross-functional peers. Collaborate with various teams and partners to develop and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap. Shape and communicate the experience vision, identify and drive complex projects, and ensure a unified customer experience. Leverage a user-centric approach, own the design team's health, and design the team itself, ensuring the right skills and people. Coordinate project coverage, allocate resources, support and develop your team. This role requires solid Product Design experience, a proven track record of turning customer needs into designs for developer tools, experience leading multidisciplinary teams, the ability to influence others, exceptional communication skills, and English proficiency.

Requirements

• Have solid Product Design experience, proven by cases or portfolio that demonstrate your process and decision making
• Have a proven track record of turning customer needs into innovative ideas and user-friendly designs for developer tools
• Have proven experience leading multidisciplinary product design teams and are passionate about helping people to grow and develop their careers
• Have the ability to influence and inspire others towards a customer-focused, data-driven approach to design and development
• Have exceptional storytelling and communication skills, able to articulate and connect design decisions to business outcomes to different audiences
• Enjoy both strategy and working closer to the team and deliverables
• English proficiency is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision across foundational platforms that power our entire product ecosystem — including our Design System, CRM, Communications, and Native experiences
• Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership to create scalable, cohesive, and future-proof experiences that serve both internal teams and end users
• Be a product leader, being accountable for the success and impact of your scope,  leading your team and working closely with cross-functional peers to drive decision-making and execution
• Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering teams, and strategic partners to develop and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap
• Shape, conceptualize and communicate the experience vision and direction for your line (problem space), ensuring high impact and alignment with user needs and business objectives
• Identify, shape and drive complex, cross-functional projects to ensure a unified customer experience within your problem space- ensuring high-quality design outcomes that positively impact both users and the business
• Drive initiatives across lines to ensure a unified customer experience for QuintoAndar users and uphold experience quality in line with experience metrics and quality criteria
• Leverage a user-centric development approach to de-risk product development, enabling faster test and learn cycles
• Own the design team health in your line - adapt and evolve ways of working within line to ensure a happy and engaged team.  Enabling a culture of trust, collaboration, feedback and creativity to thrive
• Design the design team inside the line, ensuring the right skills and people necessary for the line to succeed (including hiring and identifying training and upskill needs)
• Coordinate to ensure appropriate coverage of projects and teams, allocating people and effort according to priorities and impact
• Support and develop your team, creating opportunities for growth and addressing performance issues promptly
