Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Product Management, with at least 3-4 years managing a team of PM’s
• Proven track record of building products in the Accounting space is mandatory
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• Metrics-Driven: Deep understanding of business metrics and how to translate them into product decisions
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and making quick, impactful decisions whilst highlighting trade offs

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a product strategy that leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to enhance the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of our financial processes
• Lead cross-functional teams in integrating AI-powered solutions where applicable while identifying areas where traditional methods remain optimal
• Ensure our in-house accounting software not only meets client needs but sets industry standards in innovation and operational excellence
• Apply AI and machine learning algorithms to maintain a 99% extraction accuracy on supporting documents and auto-categorize >80% of them within the next year
• Ensure 100% collection and extraction of all required bank statements within 3 months to keep client financial data up-to-date
• Ensure 100% on-time bookkeeping by staff and supplemented by automation for all clients that have submitted all required documents
• Attain 99% auto-reconciliation of receipts with bank transactions where a direct match exists
• Lead efforts to achieve an employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of >50 for our in-house built accounting software by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
