Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management
• 2+ years experience in blockchain or a crypto-adjacent company
• Ability to translate complex, technical product details; ability to connect the dots towards a thoughtful narrative
• Strong communicator - written and verbal; strong presentation skills
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts in messaging and positioning
• Proactive, accountable and solutions oriented
• Excellent organizational, project management and people skills
• Experience in hiring, developing, and managing a product marketing team

Responsibilities

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for the Sui network and its products, collaborating with product, marketing, community, and communications teams
• Define target segments, articulate clear value propositions, develop use cases, product communications, and audience insights to inform the overall product strategy, driving adoption and growth
• Lead the strategy, coordination, and execution of product launches and initiatives
• Support the development of the Sui network narrative to drive awareness and adoption within the builder community and across the blockchain industry
• Monitor competitive and crypto industry trends to uncover new opportunities and use cases
• Become the go-to expert for key product verticals (e.g., gaming, commerce, DeFi) and influence the product roadmap and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high growth startups or rapidly expanding industries is a plus
