Requirements

• Solid experience in the product life cycle (with high scale and complexity)
• Strong analytical skills
• Be self-sufficient in accessing data to obtain insights and create hypotheses
• Continuously think about impact, formulate problems, hypotheses and constant evolution delivery
• Strong sense of ownership including critical thinking and focus on value generation
• Excellent interaction and communication with the team and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the adaptation and expansion of IDCloud to new international markets, considering cultural and regulatory contexts
• Explore and validate opportunities for creating new products and features that meet global demands
• Discontinue solutions not aligned with the global strategy, maintaining focus on customer satisfaction and smooth transitions
• Manage prioritization in a dynamic environment, where route changes are frequent to maximize impact and results
• Work pragmatically and collaboratively with multi-functional teams to ensure high-value and impactful deliveries
• Lead the vision and evolution of one or more Products (B2B)
• Strong performance in product development on our platforms, collaborating intensely with software engineers, designers and business specialists
• Lead structured data-based conversations with all areas involved to consolidate a product vision focused on the customer experience
• Execute the product roadmap based on data, define development priorities and hypotheses to be tested, build the breakdown of objectives into key results (OKR), keep the product development priority list updated
• Understand product opportunities that can take our business to the next level and solve our customers' needs, in alignment with the company's strategy
• Explore solutions that can capture these opportunities, lead squads by influence, establish clear priorities for fast and impactful deliveries on the results of the product, Unico and customers
