Summary

Join DigiCert, a leading global security authority, and become our Head of Product-Led Growth (PLG). You will define and drive the PLG strategy across our cybersecurity product suite, working with cross-functional teams to build seamless, scalable user experiences. This role involves optimizing the product journey to drive user acquisition, engagement, and expansion, creating measurable business impact. You will build growth loops and self-serve onboarding experiences, champion a "free-to-paid" journey, and collaborate with UX and Product teams to create frictionless activation and conversion paths. You will also own product growth metrics and partner with various teams to ensure alignment across PLG and broader GTM strategy. Finally, you will understand cybersecurity buyer and user personas to identify and reduce friction in security tooling adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in PLG, Growth Product Management, or Product roles in B2B SaaS companies β€” ideally in cybersecurity or developer-focused products
  • Deep understanding of product-led principles, SaaS metrics, user acquisition funnels, and growth experimentation
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and storytelling skills
  • Experience with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Pendo, or similar analytics platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and security-sensitive environment

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the PLG roadmap and KPIs aligned with product and business goals
  • Build growth loops and self-serve onboarding experiences that accelerate product adoption and time to value
  • Champion a β€œfree-to-paid” journey that aligns with enterprise cybersecurity buying behaviors
  • Collaborate with UX and Product teams to create frictionless activation and conversion paths
  • Develop and test in-product messaging, guides, tooltips, and A/B experiments
  • Own product growth metrics: activation rate, engagement, retention, expansion, conversion, and CAC payback
  • Work closely with analytics/data teams to define events, dashboards, and insights
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across PLG and broader GTM strategy
  • Influence product roadmap decisions with data-driven insights and user behavior analysis
  • Understand the cybersecurity buyer and user personas – from security engineers to CISOs
  • Identify and reduce friction unique to security tooling adoption in modern organizations

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience building or marketing products for cybersecurity professionals
