Requirements

• 5+ years of prior experience of leading global program management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in developing and implementing program management best practices
• Expertise in portfolio management and the ability to define and communicate best practices
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira and Monday; experience in leveraging these tools for efficient project execution
• A passion to build strong relationships with stakeholders, industry experts, and partners
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing program management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure successful project delivery
• Leading and mentoring a team of program managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to align project goals with overall business objectives
• Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve program effectiveness and efficiency
• Identifying and mitigating risks, and proactively addressing issues to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and methodologies
