You will be responsible for aligning and optimizing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, building scalable processes, and ensuring collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will report to the CMO and have the opportunity to build the GTM Ops organization. Requirements
- 6+ years Rev Ops, Sales Ops, and/or Marketing Ops experience at SaaS startups
- Collaborative team player with track record of partnering closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure our GTM motion is scalable and that all of our internal GTM Team are aligned around our strategy and execute on it effectively
- Data-driven decision maker with a strong focus on execution and accountability
- Proactive, organized problem-solver with the ability to execute at both the strategic and tactical level
- Excellent at Salesforce reporting and field and automation creation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Revenue Operations Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that integrates sales, marketing, and customer success to drive revenue growth and efficiency
- Optimize Go-to-Market Processes
- Analyze and refine GTM processes to eliminate bottlenecks, improve workflows, and enhance data flow across teams
- Align Cross-Functional Teams
- Ensure seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize the customer journey and maximize ROI
- Manage Revenue Technology Stack
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of revenue-related tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools) to support scalable growth
- Data Management and Analysis
- Establish data governance standards to ensure data quality and integrity across all GTM systems and teams
- Forecasting and Reporting
- Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasting models to inform planning and strategic investments. Create and distribute regular reports and dashboards that track KPIs and leading indicators
- Process Improvement
- Identify areas of inefficiency across the GTM engine and implement solutions to optimize performance
- Lead Generation and Nurturing Optimization
- Optimize lead scoring, routing, follow up, and nurturing processes to improve conversion rates and sales pipeline velocity
- Collaborate with Leadership
- Work closely with executive leadership to align revenue operations initiatives with company goals and strategies
