Summary
Join Copy.ai as the Head of Rev Ops and play a pivotal role in optimizing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. You will build and streamline scalable GTM processes, aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around a central strategy. This role requires extensive experience in RevOps/SalesOps at SaaS startups, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency in Salesforce reporting. Requirements
- 6+ years RevOps or SalesOps experience at SaaS startups
- Collaborative team player with track record of partnering closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure our GTM motion is scalable and that all of our internal GTM Team are aligned around our strategy and execute on it effectively
- Data-driven decision maker with a strong focus on execution and accountability
- Proactive, organized problem-solver with the ability to execute at both the strategic and tactical level
- Excellent at Salesforce reporting and field and automation creation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
Responsibilities
- Serve at the primary advisor to GTM sales leadership on end-to-end Go-To-Market operations
- Own all GTM quarterly and annual planning cycles
- Perform strategic product, market, and customer and competitive analyses to identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvement
- Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance indicators across a range of segments and geographies
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic operational projects to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and technologies that improve data collection and analysis capabilities
