Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving overall top-line growth at other agencies
  • Deep understanding of SEO, including technical, content development, and influencer marketing
  • Proven experience managing a team of direct reports and the ability to mentor and develop team members into more senior roles
  • Experience with internal forecasting, P&L management, and resource management
  • Background in working in fast-paced team environments, with the ability to explain problem-solving experiences when handling multiple top-priority initiatives
  • Advanced analytics experience, with the ability to manage reporting regimens and support teams in developing their analytical skill set

Responsibilities

  • Manage a core team of 5+ direct reports, including team leads for SEO, content, CRO, and influencer media
  • Provide senior oversight on all accounts within the department, as applicable
  • Ensure team profitability and work towards meeting revenue growth goals
  • Conduct forecasting, resource planning, account allocation, and strategic hiring initiatives
  • Represent the Organic Media department within the broader organization
  • Drive key account growth with account leaders
  • Promote innovation and product development to stay ahead of other agencies
  • Support sales growth through SME representation for our services
  • Contribute to marketing materials, including producing case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000
