Head of Strategic Finance

Summary

Join AlGooru, a Saudi-based learning platform, as the Head of Strategic Finance - MENA. Collaborate with the Founder to achieve +70% gross margins and double/triple CAC:LTV ratios. Develop financial models, conduct analysis, and optimize performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years in finance, including 2+ years in leadership roles
• Proven success in strategic financial planning and Series A fundraising
• Experience in optimizing gross margins and CAC ratios
• Strong background in lead sourcing, investor presentations, and due diligence
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proficiency in financial KPIs and trend analysis
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Establish strategies to achieve +70% gross margins during FY'25
• Support founders in closing Series A round by H1’25 (lead sourcing, presentations, negotiations, DD)
• Initiate strategies to double our CAC:LTV by H1'25 and triple it by EOH2’25
• Create and regularly update financial models on a monthly basis with 95% target and budget achievement rates
• Ensure continuous QoQ revenue growth by: Regularly conducting in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, Providing proactive recommendations to optimize financial performance, and Regularly monitoring financial KPIs and trends
• Become the go-to-person for all-things finance matters (budget allocation, financial analysis, cashflow management)
• Continuously identify cost saving opportunities & best cost structure
