Join our team as a Strategic Accounts Lead and play a critical role in managing the implementation process for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and meeting client needs. You will build an implementation playbook, lead internal and external teams, gather requirements, develop project timelines, and define KPIs to measure success.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, partnerships, or customer success, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industry
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
• Proven experience managing complex client implementations with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage projects on time with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Responsibilities

• Build the implementation playbook for enterprise clients across various industries
• Lead internal and external teams required for successful implementation, ensuring the project stays on track
• Gather requirements and conduct initial assessments to understand client needs and objectives
• Develop and manage a detailed project timeline, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure the project stays on track
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the implementation and provide insights for continuous improvement
