Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, partnerships, or customer success, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Proven experience managing complex client implementations with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage projects on time with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Responsibilities

  • Build the implementation playbook for enterprise clients across various industries
  • Lead internal and external teams required for successful implementation, ensuring the project stays on track
  • Gather requirements and conduct initial assessments to understand client needs and objectives
  • Develop and manage a detailed project timeline, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure the project stays on track
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the implementation and provide insights for continuous improvement
