As Head of Talent, you will own the recruiting strategy, lead a team, partner with executives, build a high-performance recruiting engine, and drive employer branding initiatives. You'll develop and implement sourcing strategies, manage recruiting systems, and collaborate to optimize hiring processes. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes from the ground up
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Strong knowledge of ATS systems and recruiting tools
• Highly analytical with a bias toward action and iteration
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the full-cycle talent acquisition strategy across all departments
• Lead, coach, and grow a small team of recruiters and coordinators
• Partner closely with execs and hiring managers to understand needs and design smart, efficient hiring plans
• Build and maintain a high-performance recruiting engine with clear metrics, pipelines, and tracking
• Drive employer branding initiatives to elevate our talent brand
• Implement scrappy but effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
• Own recruiting systems and tools (e.g., ATS) and continuously optimize processes
