Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes from the ground up
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems and recruiting tools
- Highly analytical with a bias toward action and iteration
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating with ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the full-cycle talent acquisition strategy across all departments
- Lead, coach, and grow a small team of recruiters and coordinators
- Partner closely with execs and hiring managers to understand needs and design smart, efficient hiring plans
- Build and maintain a high-performance recruiting engine with clear metrics, pipelines, and tracking
- Drive employer branding initiatives to elevate our talent brand
- Implement scrappy but effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Own recruiting systems and tools (e.g., ATS) and continuously optimize processes
